WEEK FIFTEEN ~ Big Bagel Roll Out:
(Friday Line ~ NYDN)

*SATURDAY GAME:

COWBOYS -7 (Bucs)
There's no way the Bucs help out the Giants here.  Thanks anyway.
WIN - 31-15; Cowboys

SUNDAY GAMES:

GIANTS -7 (Redskins)
Who knows how many points the Giants will give up this week.  But I'm banking the Offense has another stellar day throwing the ball.  The latest shuffle on the Offensive Line might also mean the Giants will continue running the ball effectively this week.  I can't see the Giants losing to the Redskins at home, much less twice this season.
LOSS - 23-10; Redskins

This Week's Giants Posts:
Look Out; Bad Guy Coming Through
Media Wakes Up to Secondary Issues
Answers on Defense Are Few or Injured

EAGLES -3 (Jets)
The Eagles are still a win waiting to happen no matter who they play.  And now that Safety Jim  Leonard is out for the Jets, whom already have a suspect pass rush, I can see Michael Vick having one of those dual-deadly games; where he passes and runs for huge combined yardage.  A tough season for the Jets is about to get a lot tougher.  If Mark Sanchez finally puts the team on his back, then they have a shot.  Truth is, the Eagles laying three is just too tempting.
WIN - 45-19; Eagles

Packers -14 (CHIEFS)
Is this even a debate?  If the Chiefs play as badly as they are capable of, Green Bay's offense can very well break the 500 point mark.  The Chiefs are yet to break 200 points.
LOSS - 19-14; Chiefs

Saints -7 (VIKINGS)
The Saints are on the road...yeah, yeah ,yeah.  Can you say blow-out?
WIN - 42-20; Saints

Seahawks +3 1/2 (BEARS)
It's a shame what happened to Chicago.  Defensively, these teams will play to a low scoring  stalemate.  The Seahawks will pull out something to win.
WIN - 38-14; Seahawks

Dolphins PK (BILLS)
In a flip from the way both teams started the season, these are two teams now heading in opposite directions again late in the season.
WIN - 30-23; Dolphins

TEXANS -6 1/2 (Panthers)
Even without their quarterback, the Texans' defense is still good enough to stop the Panthers.
LOSS - 28-13; Panthers

Titans -6 1/2 (COLTS)
Tennessee is still playing for something.  So the Colts won't be getting their first win this week...again.
LOSS - 27-13; Colts

Bengals -6 (RAMS)
Well..., because the Bengals are just better than the Rams.  So far, St. Louis is one of only four teams to not score over 200 points this season.
WIN - 20-13; Bengals

Lions -1 (RAIDERS)
Ndamukong Suh is back from suspension and he's gonna be pissed.  The Black Hole in Oakland will play right into the Lions' hands.  This will get ugly.
PUSH - 28-27; Lions

Patriots -6 1/2 (BRONCOS)
The Patriots defense isn't as horrific as people are making them out to be.  Leave it up to Bill Belichick to figure out how to put a stop to Tim Tebow and the power that compels Denver.
WIN - 41-23; Patriots

CARDINALS -6 1/2 (Browns)
The Cardinals have been playing good football these last few weeks.  And the Browns?  Uh, no.
LOSS - 20-17; Cardinals

Ravens -2 1/2 (CHARGERS)
How depressing has the Chargers' season been?  Not as depressing as the shellacking the Ravens are about to put on them.
LOSS - 34-14; Chargers

SHMEAR of the WEEK:
Lions -1
PUSH

That's fourteen BAGELS, and the SHMEAR makes seventeen BAGELS into the oven.

Happy Football Sunday everyone!

POST GAME:

Week Fifteen Record:  7-6-1
Overall Record:   106-86-8
SHMEAR of the WEEK:  Push; 6-8-1
BAGELS in the BASKET:  zero; flat.
