Just when Bruce Ratner and us Brooklynites thought the Atlantic Yards Project was in the clear, after the State upheld the ruling Eminent Domain was applied with-in the context of the law, the whole project will be facing another appeal. This time the claim is the original project and the original intent to affect Eminent Domain, has long since been compromised, and today's version of the project, being very different from it's original conception, should no longer entitle Atlantic Yards to the rights of Eminent Domain application.
The Saga continues. Me personally, it's eight people who are holding this whole project up. Can someone hit the MUTE button please?
I want the Nets in Brooklyn!

The Nets may go to Brooklyn, but the arena hasn't been built yet. We'll see what happens.
