• Los Toros starter Raul Valdez pitches an eight inning gem, exiting on the winning side of a 4-1 game after limiting Los Leones de Escogito to a lone earned run on five hits and a walk, with one strikeout.  Reliever Fernando Abad is summoned to pitch the bottom of the ninth.  But after retiring his first batter faced, Abad promptly surrenders two earned runs on three hits and a walk.  Enter reliever Michael Dimock, who retires Leones pinch-hitter Luis Valenzuela on a fly to right fielder Hunter Pence, but walks second baseman Ryan Court to load the bases.  Dimock then induces a harmless fly to center by Escogito center fielder Ryan Roberson to finally close out Los Toros tie-breaking victory over Los Leones.  Los Toros del Este advance to the LIDOM championship series where they'll face awaiting top seed Estrellas del Orientales.
