They've jumped out to a 10-1 start, and are in the midst of an eight game winning streak. After opening the season with series victories over the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies, the Mets pressed forward with series sweeps over the rival Washington Nationals and Miami Marlins.
