*The Blackbirds won the conference regular season title.
*They won the NEC Tournament Title
*Earn berth in 2011 NCAA Basketball Tournament; First since 1997.
The LIU Blackbirds have been seeded Number 15
and as a result will face the Number 2 seed; North Carolina Tar Heels.
The game is Friday night in Charlotte
