C'mon.., who's idea was this?  What does he live in Jersey?  To my surprise, grass will be growing behind Barclays along the 6th Avenue plaza.  Really?  I'm just being a pragmatists here.  But how long does anyone expect this patch of grass to look nice?  Good luck with that.  Unless they plan on fencing it off during non-functions, fuhgeddaboubit.  Anyone willing to give me an over/under on how long before this little oasis gets paved over with concrete?
