Brooklyn Cyclones in First Place

After the first four games to start the 2010 New York Penn League season, the Brooklyn Cyclones sit atop the McNamara Division with a 3-1 record.

Having taken the season opening game from the Yankees in Staten Island Friday night, the Cyclones came home to Coney Island to down the Yankees in Brooklyn's Home Opener on Saturday.

Father's Day was a losing proposition for the Dads in attendance at MCU Park Sunday afternoon.  The Yankees managed to salvage the last game of the series.

In tonight's action at Coney Island the Cyclones defeated the Aberdeen Iron Birds by a final score of 5-2.

Wally Backman has shown the home town crowds early and often
examples of his on-the-run style.  The Cyclones hit-and-run three times in one inning tonight alone.

Cyclones' Baseball is off and running and just think; today was the first day of summer.  There's plenty more Cyclones baseball to come.  We're only getting started.

The 10th Anniversary Season of our Baby Bumz by the Seaside just may very well be a magical time for us "Bumz" of the Borough of Kings.

Play Bawl!!  Fugheddaboudit!!
